What the estimate includes
A written scope naming each item of work, the materials going on your roof, photographs of the conditions we found, and a firm price for what is visible. Anything we cannot see until the roof is open — soft decking is the usual one — is listed as a condition you approve before it is done, not added to an invoice afterward. The estimate costs nothing and does not commit you to the work.
